Job Description
Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Welder. This position joins metal parts using electric resistance welding processes in accordance with production specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Read, communicate, and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
- Handle materials and prepare workstation and equipment for production
- Set heat and pressure settings per instructions
- Dress welding tips and assemble parts prior to welding
- Perform welding operations per specifications
- Adjust welding arms, holders, tips, and water hoses as required
- Perform rework and report material shortages
- Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience welding or equivalent education
- Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, associates are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts as well as extreme heat, fumes, airborne particles and vibration. Ability to lift 50lbs and constant standing.
