What will your role be? 

We are looking for a  SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER to perform the following activities: 

• Manage and analyze non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee first-tier supplier performance and development.
• Monitor and report production KPIs.
• Manage production and supply planning activities.
• Ensure achievement of OTD (On-Time Delivery) and OTQ (On-Time Quality) targets.
• Coordinate quality inspections and audits at supplier sites.
• Drive supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure supply continuity.

Qualifiche

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies 

• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or Supplier Quality.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management, planning, and quality processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of the avionics and aerospace industry is considered a strong plus.

Soft skills: 

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Languages: 

• Italian (Fluent) 
• English (fluent, oral and written)
