Job Description
Working with high-net-worth individuals and their representatives, our consultants arrange private jet charters for everything from corporate business meetings to leisure trips.
Joining the company as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you during your first 6 months as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time, you will gain first-hand insight into what goes into ensuring a private jet charter runs seamlessly. You will learn everything from building a successful sales pipeline and working with airlines to managing the smallest details on board the aircraft, ensuring clients remember ACS as their preferred charter partner.
This role requires a 4-week training period at our London HQ, with all expenses paid.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role within the luxury products and services industry is essential
- Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English
- Proficiency in an additional Asia-Pacific language is desirable
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a list of potential clients
- Enjoys working towards goals and objectives in a competitive environment
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ambitious, motivated, and willing to learn new skills and develop industry knowledge
- Hardworking and flexible — this role is not a typical 9-5
- Commitment to being available on call outside of regular working hours, including weekends.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets
- Strong resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Must be able to travel frequently and often at short notice
