Job Description

To ensure objectives are met in the Restaurant. Responsible for the complete organization of the restaurant. Directs and coordinates all activities regarding the restaurant by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service, quality, and financial goals are achieved.
    • Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and operational budgets.
    • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train team members and supervisors.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations.
    • Monitor inventory, purchasing, cash handling, beverage controls, and operating expenses.
    • Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
    • Lead staff development, training programs, and operational improvements to maximize sales and profitability.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of both units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

What You Will Bring

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking.
  • Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.
  • The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
