Job Description

Informa Markets Asia's Graduate Trainee Program jumpstarts your career in event management, offering hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile exhibitions and conferences. As a Graduate Trainee, you will work closely with industry experts, collaborate on exciting projects, and develop essential event management skills while gaining valuable insights into the industry. With a clear pathway for career progression, the support of dedicated mentors, and a dynamic, inclusive workplace culture, this program equips you to unlock your full potential and achieve your professional goals.

YOUR JOURNEY:

Receive structured guidance and support from mentors. Undergo a 1-year program with rotations in different areas:

  1. Sales: Support sales team, generate leads, prepare pitches, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  2. Marketing: Assist in event marketing campaigns, create marketing collateral, conduct market research, and analyze campaign performance.
  3. Event Operations: Work on logistics planning, on-site support, and event management.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in event management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Passionate about the events industry with a strong desire to build a career in event management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
  • Excellent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English. Being fluent in Chinese is a plus.
