Job Description
- Attention to detail, protocol adherence, and availability every other weekend/holidays
- Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence
- Administer medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed
- Follow a strict 3-step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing
- Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus
- 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry is preferred
