Job Description
- Greets, directs and provides appropriate resources to residents and visitors.
- Manages incoming call queue.
- Monitors, screens and unlocks exterior doors by utilizing camera’s and security system.
- Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.
- Coordinates service/maintenance calls.
- Performs scheduled duties in an accurate and timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Hours & Compensation:
- PRN/Per Diem Position
- Shifts: as needed (week or weekends)
- Holiday rotation
- Pay: $15.00/hour
Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of reception experience with heavy public contact, or in a security monitoring environment required.
- High school diploma required
