Deine Mission
- Du unterstützt Kund:innen telefonisch bei ihren Anliegen – Schritt für Schritt nach klaren Vorgaben.
- Du beantwortest Anfragen zu Produkten, Tarifen und Prozessen gewissenhaft und freundlich.
- Du übernimmst die Nachbearbeitung und sorgst dafür, dass alles sauber dokumentiert wird.
- Du bleibst zu jeder Zeit lösungsorientiert und begeisterst auch unsichere Kunden.
Qualifikationen
Dein Profil
- Du trittst selbstsicher am Telefon auf und hast Freude am Austausch mit Kund:innen.
- Die deutsche Sprache beherrscht Du sicher.
- Keine Vorerfahrung notwendig – perfekt für Quereinsteiger und Berufseinsteiger.
- Eine hohe Motivation und eine zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus.
- Du hast Lust auf Teamspirit und freust Dich, in einem familiären Umfeld zu arbeiten.
- Du hast 20 – 40 h/ Woche Zeit.
