Job Description
What you will do:
- You will execute Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, including reviewing documentation for completeness, processing standard investor onboarding files, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the client intake process
- You will manage FATCA/CRS documentation requirements by validating FATCA classifications, verifying Global Intermediary Identification Numbers (GIINs) against IRS records, and processing periodic reviews to maintain regulatory compliance
- You will monitor compliance requirements and deadlines, perform basic risk assessments, and maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation to support organizational compliance objectives
- You will prepare regulatory reports, maintain tracking systems, and document compliance findings to ensure accurate record-keeping and audit readiness
- You will provide client support by handling routine inquiries, maintaining regulatory communication, and following established escalation procedures for complex compliance matters
Qualifications
Educational Background: • Degree holder in law or any other equivalent qualification. Should be ACAMS orientated
Professional Experience: • Minimum 2 years’ experience • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
