Job Description
- Consolidate and standardize legacy pipelines across teams into a unified, production-grade CI/CD framework
- Evolve the CI/CD platform to deliver fast, reliable feedback and high pipeline performance
- Introduce and evolve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policy as Code practices
- Establish stable and clearly separated environments (Development, QA, Staging, Production) and eliminate environment drift
- Align delivery processes with medical-grade standards and integrate with compliant systems to support regulatory and quality requirements
- Build and stabilize scalable test infrastructure and environments for reliable system-level testing in complex, distributed setups
- Improve developer experience by providing standardized service templates, packaging, and deployment workflows
- Integrate and deploy Snke Theater products onto the Snke Healthcare platform, enabling end-to-end delivery pipelines
- Define and track key metrics to measure delivery performance (e.g., time to deploy, pipeline stability) and improve visibility into system health
Qualifications
- Strong background in DevOps / Platform Engineering
- Solid expertise in GitHub Actions or similar CI/C tools
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and Policy as Code (e.g., Ansible, AWS CDK, OPA, Cedar)
- Ability to integrate and standardize pipelines across teams and repositories
- Proficient in structuring and managing multi-stage environments (Dev, QA, Staging, Production)
- A data-driven mindset, defining and using metrics to improve delivery performance
- Strong hands-on approach with the ability to build, fix, measure and improve systems yourself
- Experience in guiding and supporting product teams with their delivery processes
- Basic understanding of application security (e.g., OWASP Top 10, API security principles)
- Experience working with Windows Server, Linux, and containerization (Docker)
- Familiarity with cloud or hybrid environments (preferably AWS)
