Job Description

  • ​​​​Develop high-quality software using TypeScript (React, CDK) and various scripting tools to implement new features and enhance existing components
  • Work across the full software engineering lifecycle including coding, networking, cloud operations, CI/CD, and security-focused development
  • Collaborate closely with product owners to groom, plan, and deliver tasks efficiently in an agile environment
  • Maintain and optimize cloud-native infrastructure on AWS to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub to enable fast and stable releases
  • Apply advanced encryption and security practices to ensure safe handling of sensitive medical data
  • Use AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline development workflows
  • Contribute to a high-performing, multi-national team with a strong focus on continuous learning and skill expansion
  • Take ownership of features that directly impact how users interact with and benefit from the product
  • Solve complex and unique technical challenges within the healthcare and data analytics domain

Qualifications

  • Strong self-learning abilities
  • Degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience or proven skills through personal or open-source projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge in software architecture is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of networking, security, and encryption concepts is a plus
  • Experience with advanced use of LLMs including model selection, fine-tuning, RAG, and agent configuration is beneficial
  • Familiarity with AWS services is a plus
  • Knowledge of browser-based applications including their strengths and limitations is advantageous
  • Excellent English skills, German is a plus
