Job Description
We are looking for an IT Retail Coordinator, EMEA to ensure the delivery, quality, and continuous improvement of IT services provided to internal users.
In this role, you will act as a key orchestrator between users, IT teams, and external service providers, ensuring that services meet expectations in terms of performance, availability, and quality.
You will play a central role in coordinating service delivery, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Main Missions:
Service Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate and oversee IT services across your scope, ensuring alignment with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Act as the main point of contact between users, IT teams, and external providers.
- Ensure smooth deployment and operation of IT services.
Service Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor service quality indicators and performance metrics.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure services remain aligned with business expectations and governance standards.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with external IT service providers and ensure delivery quality.
- Coordinate internal and external resources involved in service delivery.
- Support contract follow-up and service evolution.
Projects & Service Evolution
- Contribute to the definition and deployment of new IT services in collaboration with business teams.
- Participate in project coordination and service rollout.
- Document services and ensure proper knowledge sharing across teams.
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies.
- Anticipate risks and define action plans to maintain service continuity.
- Support budget monitoring and service cost control.
Nous recherchons un(e) IT Retail Coordinator, EMEA pour garantir la qualité, la performance et l’amélioration continue des services informatiques fournis aux utilisateurs.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez un point de coordination clé entre les utilisateurs, les équipes IT et les prestataires externes, afin d’assurer un niveau de service optimal.
Vos principales missions :
- Coordonner et piloter les services IT de votre périmètre dans le respect des SLA.
- Assurer l’interface entre les utilisateurs, les équipes IT et les prestataires.
- Suivre la qualité de service et les indicateurs de performance.
- Identifier les axes d’amélioration et mettre en place des actions correctives.
- Piloter les prestataires et garantir la qualité des services délivrés.
- Contribuer aux projets de déploiement et d’évolution des services IT.
- Documenter les services et assurer leur bonne appropriation par les équipes.
- Veiller au respect des politiques de gouvernance et de sécurité IT.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or coordination.
- Experience in international and matrix environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and service management principles.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong service culture.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English
Profil recherché :
- Bac +3/5 en informatique ou domaine équivalent.
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en coordination ou gestion de services IT.
- Expérience en environnement international et matriciel.
- Bonne connaissance des méthodologies ITIL.
- Forte orientation service et satisfaction utilisateur.
- Capacité à coordonner de multiples interlocuteurs.
- Bon relationnel et sens de la communication.
- Anglais courant.
