Job Description

Experienced Portfolio Officer and PMO professional with a strong background in portfolio support, project governance, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement within complex organizational environments. Skilled in supporting portfolio management activities, maintaining portfolio oversight, and providing reliable management information to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supported portfolio governance and portfolio management processes across multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Maintained and updated portfolio overviews, project pipelines, roadmaps, and reporting structures.
  • Assisted in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of portfolio management processes and working methods.
  • Created and maintained work instructions, process documentation, and governance frameworks.
  • Developed dashboards, reports, and management information to provide transparency on portfolio performance, risks, and dependencies.
  • Identified and monitored inter-project dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and escalation points.
  • Managed portfolio calendars, governance events, steering committee meetings, and decision-making forums.
  • Prepared meeting materials, documented decisions and actions, and ensured timely follow-up on agreed deliverables.
  • Maintained project plans, action trackers, status reports, and portfolio documentation.
  • Supported Agile and SAFe ways of working, contributing to planning cycles and change initiatives.
  • Facilitated communication between business stakeholders, project teams, management, and external partners.
  • Contributed to the standardization and optimization of PMO and portfolio management practices.
  • Prepared presentations, reports, business updates, and executive-level management information.
