Internship Internal Communication

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative trainee to support our internal communication initiatives and contribute to building a strong corporate culture in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft news articles, interviews, and feature stories for internal audiences
• Manage internal communication channels, including corporate intranet, newsletters, corporate emails, and informative screens
• Collaborate on communication campaigns and corporate culture projects
• Support the organization of internal events (town halls, engagement initiatives, etc.)
• Assist in the creation of communication materials (presentations, banners, announcements)
• Collaborate with and support international offices in their local communication initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with diverse internal stakeholders across departments

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn and grow in corporate communication
• Strong interest in content creation and communication channel management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (intranet, newsletters, email campaigns) is a plus
• Conversational level of English (required)
