Retail Store Manager - Central London

We are currently recruiting Store Managers across several of our Central London locations.

As a Store Manager at Maje, you will play a key role in driving both the commercial success and day-to-day operations of the store. Leading and inspiring a dedicated team, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also bring the brand to life through engaging in-store activities while ensuring our Visual Merchandising standards are consistently maintained to the highest level.

Recruitment process:

1. You will be contacted over the phone by a Manager or a member of the HR team for a first exchange;
2. If this first call confirms our ambitions are matching, you will be invited for an interview with the Area Manager.
