HO Maintenance Management Production Facility

Job Description

• Manages and supervises the Maintenance Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Maintenance Management
• Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
• Manages and supervises multiple org units within Maintenance Management
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change Management and personal growth
• Ensures a standardized approach and implementation of LTPM, Maintenance process and system within the plant including implementation of preventive, predictive and unplanned Maintenance for production equipment and facility equipment within the plant
• Ensures installation and movement of equipment and re-qualification of equipment and tools
• Ensures Maintenance for utilities, cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting etc. internal or by external suppliers, according to requirements (standards)
• Ensures Maintenance of firefighting and fire prevention equipment
• Ensure maintenance security camera systems
• Ensures monitoring, analysis and improvement of process performance and supports the inventory reduction of spare and wear parts

Qualifications

• Education Level : University Degree in a relevant field
• Language : English C1 & French C1
• Experience : At least 7 years of experience in maintenance
• At least 5 years in management, preferably with at least 3 years in Maintenance 
• Project management experience
• Industry : Automotive or its suppliers
• Strategic mindset and ability to work under pressure
