Assistant Recreation & Kids Club Manager

Job Description

• Lead, develop, and inspire the Recreation and Kids Club team to deliver exciting, safe, and enriching activities for adults and children.

• Curate engaging daily programs including water sports, indoor/outdoor games, arts & crafts, wellness activities, and cultural sessions.

• Oversee all facilities under recreation and kids club ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

• Deliver a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service, feedback management, and hands-on engagement.

• Plan and execute special events, holiday activities, and seasonal programming.

• Ensure compliance with resort policies and safety protocols, especially for child supervision and care.

• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role at a luxury resort, cruise ship, or hotel (3–5 years preferred).

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Creative, energetic, and child-friendly personality.

• Excellent communication skills and guest engagement abilities.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or willing to obtain).

• Flexible to work in a remote island setting with rotational shifts.
