FP&A Systems Analyst - Budgeting & Forecasting

Job Description

We are looking for a process- and systems-oriented individual with a strong finance background and a keen interest in analytics to join our growing FP&A Budget and Forecast Process team.

In this role, you will report to the FP&A Budget & Forecast Process Owner and provide support to both the Process Owner and the Global FP&A Systems Owner. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support to the finance community
• Managing monthly system administration activities
• Analysing forecast and budget submissions to ensure adherence to central controls
• Supporting budget and forecast planning cycles, including process execution and implementation
• Driving and contributing to process improvement initiatives and system-related projects
• Supporting broader FP&A activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the business
• Assisting in the ownership and management of the Cost Centre process
• Managing business communications related to system updates and changes
• Demonstrating a proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and solve problems

 

 

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of finance data domains
• Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS, with exposure to SAP or Oracle also considered valuable
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transformational environment, contributing to change and continuous improvement with a positive and analytical mindset
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering under pressure
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with large volumes of data
• Highly collaborative, flexible, and dependable, with a strong sense of integrity
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Experience in Power BI report development is advantageous
• Prior experience in the IT industry is preferred but not essential
