Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Representative to generate and nurture sales leads for the KSA region. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will develop new business leads by a mix of warm and cold calling.

As a Business Development Representative, you will have an amazing opportunity to be part of the ‘growth team’ for generating business for the entire sales team.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, strategic outreach, including calls, emails, and social media.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Sales teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the middle east market.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of the BDR toolkit, including CRM software and sales intelligence tools, to outperform expectations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide market feedback to shape future strategies

  • A dedicated professional with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively
  • Proficiency in the BDR toolkit for success: Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, or similar tools.
  • Smart use of Generative AI to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand enterprise IT solutions, products and market dynamics.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of 3+ years in a business development role
  • Proven software telemarketing, inside sales, or software sales for enterprise accounts
  • Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • A natural curiosity and willingness to learn in order to gain and demonstrate a high level of understanding of IFS and IFS Applications        
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific emphasis on telephone skills in both English and Japanese
  • Proficiency in the BDR toolkit for success: Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, or similar tools.
  • Smart use of Generative AI to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Limited travel is anticipated
