Lead/Senior Lead Software Engineer - Agentic AI Engineering

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Lead Software Engineer to join our Platform -Technology team and take a leading role in the design and implementation of cloud-based automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong leadership mindset, solid operational experience, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and extending existing solutions while driving improvements in software engineering practices across the team.

In this role, you will also lead the evolution of our CI/CD platforms by leveraging automation, adopting the right tools and processes, and introducing industry best practices to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability. We are particularly interested in candidates who embrace modern AI-driven engineering practices, including agentic AI approaches, to help build more intelligent automation, optimize developer workflows, and support the delivery of enterprise-grade platform capabilities.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Go
• Experience with Kafka / Redpanda
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Experience building and operating microservices-based systems on Kubernetes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in agentic AI development using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, including orchestrating LLMs and AI agents to deliver enterprise-grade applications
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD); exposure to methodologies such as BMAD is considered beneficial
• Frontend development experience with React would be beneficial.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology along with minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills along with an innovative mindset.
