Job Description
- Analyze the needs of raw material in MRP accordance with the production requirement
- Contact with the suppliers to place the orders of raw materials, ensure shipment dispatch on time
- Maintain and monitor inventory to ensure availability of goods and within inventory target
- Coordinate for incoming customs process with BOI dept., forwarder and receiving with external WH
- Ensure correctness of raw material long term forecast, in cooperation with production/customer planner
- Create, maintain, and coordinate with other function to get accuracy data in SAP system
- Responsible for cost forecasting relate to procurement
- Participate in improvement activity and provide idea concerning with procurement
- Other assignments from supervisor
Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field
Qualifications
- Good command in English
- At least 3 years of management level of material procurement and production planning, supply chain
management, logical and systematic thinking, good analysis skills, ability to work accurately and exhibit leadership
to drive others within strict deadlines, good communication, negotiation and interpersonal, MS-Office and SAP knowledge - Logistics knowledge
