Job Description
- Planner in SMT line scheduling by customers and products
- Monthly SMT Capacity Planning simulation and execution
- Monthly discussion with LOG and MOE5&MOE2 for Capacity discussion and loading
- Leads SMT Planning and Scheduling group
- Main driver for SMT leveling projects
- Follow up on the daily SMT production output
- Track stock level of inventory/ semi completed/ holding in WIP/ staging area
- Prepare daily report required from time to time. (eg: production tracking report)
- Coordination to solve problems that related to SMT planning
- Take lead and initiate for process improvement
- Lead in MOE1 projects improvement and system CIP eg pull system and system planning
- Any other task as assign by superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Engineering / Business / Manufacturing / Account
- At least 5 years practical experience in practical experience in SMT Planning
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Able to work independently with good coordination and organizational skills
- Results-oriented with strong planning and resource management capability
- Positive mindset and able to perform well under pressure
- Proactive in driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate across departments
