We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and service-driven Agent in Charge to join our dynamic retail team. The Agent in Charge serves as an operational leader on the sales floor, supporting staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance under the direction of the Assistant General Manager.
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about cannabis products and regulations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills. This role is essential in maintaining Ivy Hall’s exceptional standards of hospitality, compliance, and team collaboration.
- Provide training and mentorship to Budtenders, fostering growth and confidence in their roles
- Partner with management to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve sales goals
- Participate in ongoing cannabis education and training opportunities
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment that values communication and collaboration

Working Environment
Work is performed both remotely and in a retail environment. The noise level is usually moderate. These characteristics represent those individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this role.
