Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a German Speaking AI Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece. As an AI Content Moderator, you will review, assess, and moderate AI-generated and user-generated content to uphold community standards and promote a positive digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate AI-generated and user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
• Evaluate content accuracy, appropriateness, and potential impact related to AI outputs.
• Identify and report inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content to the relevant teams.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve AI moderation processes and systems.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation strategies and ensure quality control.
• Stay updated on company policies and developments in AI content moderation and community safety.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in content moderation, preferably with AI-generated content, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive and complex content professionally and ethically.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, digital platforms, and moderation tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Self-driven, capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
