The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing communication between teams, assisting with market research, and helping to streamline sales processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with both marketing and sales teams, ensuring smooth workflow and effective implementation of strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing and sales activities to support campaign execution and sales goals.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Facilitate communication between marketing, sales teams, and other departments.
- Organize meetings, events, and promotional activities.
- Track and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales coordination or support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate cross-departmental activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
