Job Summary:
Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a Corporate Performance Management professional to enhance and monitor organizational performance through strategic planning, performance measurement, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of performance management frameworks that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain corporate performance management systems and tools
• Analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with different departments to align performance goals with corporate strategy
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Support strategic planning and facilitate performance review meetings
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in performance reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in corporate performance management, business analysis, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and performance management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Knowledge of strategic planning and performance measurement methodologies
• Relevant certifications in performance management or business analysis are a plus
