Job Title: Staffing Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: South Africa
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: US Hours (40 hours per week)
Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)
A highly organized and relationship-focused Staffing Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Specialist is sought to support staffing operations within an ABA therapy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating therapist placements, matching clinicians with clients, supporting recruitment initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with both therapists and families. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Match therapists with clients based on availability, location, and service needs
- Coordinate therapist schedules, placements, and staffing assignments
- Support clinician retention initiatives and engagement efforts
- Assist with recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, and hiring coordination
- Manage staffing-related communication with therapists, families, and internal teams
- Monitor open cases and staffing needs to ensure timely placements
- Collaborate with case coordination and operational teams to support service delivery
- Maintain accurate staffing records, documentation, and reporting
- Track staffing metrics and placement outcomes
- Support additional staffing, recruitment, and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred
- Previous experience in staffing coordination, talent acquisition, recruitment, scheduling, healthcare administration, or operations support preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills required
- Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities required
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment required
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously required
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills required
- Experience with recruitment, staffing, or workforce coordination preferred
- Experience working within healthcare, ABA services, behavioral health, or related environments preferred
- Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/ATS systems preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
