Requirements

What does it take to be a part of the #HeroSquad? 

  • English (C1 or higher)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Experience in call centers preferred  
  • Strong soft skills, empathy, professional demeanor, reliability 
  • Attention to detail and active listening 
  • Willingness to work on-site
