Requirements
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant residential HVAC service experience.
- Proficient in installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying environmental conditions.
- Commitment to adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
