WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Senior Team Manager, Campaign Operations to lead and scale our marketing campaign operations function. This role will oversee a team responsible for the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns and customer journeys that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue across the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is both a strong people leader and hands-on operator who can balance process improvement, stakeholder management, and technical execution. Success in this role requires strong systems thinking, operational discipline and the ability to design scalable processes that improve efficiency, consistency and execution quality. The role will also be expected to identify and leverage AI driven capabilities to improve automation, personalization and operational efficiency across campaign execution and marketing systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Team Leadership & Operational Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Operations professionals, establishing clear ownership, priorities, and performance expectations.

Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, workload management, and SLA development.

Apply systems thinking to identify root causes of operational inefficiencies and redesign workflows for scale and consistency.
Campaign Execution & Delivery

Own end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, webinar, lifecycle, and digital programs.

Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and with high quality across platforms including Marketo, Iterable, Segment, and BigMarker.

Oversee intake, build, QA, launch, and post-launch processes to ensure operational reliability and consistency.
Operating System Design & Optimization

Design and evolve scalable campaign operations infrastructure, including workflows, templates, and governance models.

Establish and enforce QA standards, SLAs, and best practices to improve execution quality and efficiency.

Drive automation across campaign workflows and leverage AI capabilities to reduce manual effort, increase speed to launch and enhance personalization at scale.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Prioritization

Manage campaign intake and prioritization across competing stakeholder requests.

Partner with Marketers to translate marketing strategy into executable plans.

Ensure alignment on audiences, timelines, dependencies, and performance expectations across all campaigns.
WHO YOU ARE
Example:
-
10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations
-
2+ years of people management experience leading high-performing operational teams.
-
Hands-on experience with Marketo required.
-
Experience managing webinar and event technologies such as Zoom, BigMarker, Goldcast.

Familiarity with customer data platforms and event tracking tools such as Segment.

Strong understanding of campaign execution workflows, audience segmentation, and marketing automation best practices.

Experience building scalable operational processes, documentation, and governance frameworks.

Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging campaign and operational data to drive optimization.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
