Home Health Aide - Full Time Day Shift - Cura of Benson

Cura Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide for a full-time day shift position at Cura of Benson. In this role, you will provide compassionate and professional care to patients in their homes, assisting them with daily tasks and supporting their health and well-being. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while working within a supportive and caring team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support patients with medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor patients’ physical and emotional condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and patient progress.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and infection control protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related healthcare role preferred.
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established care plans.
• Availability to work full-time day shifts.
• Current or willingness to obtain Home Health Aide certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
