Day Nurse

Cura Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Day Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care during daytime hours, ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of our patients. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and respond promptly to any changes in condition. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients during day shifts, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, promoting independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing activities and patient information.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
• Previous experience in nursing preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to nursing care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Willingness and availability to work day shifts.
