About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our People Engagement & Learning initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to employee engagement, learning and development, wellness programs, corporate events, and HR operations. The intern will work closely with the HR team to create meaningful employee experiences while gaining practical HR knowledge in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
• Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities, wellness programs, festive celebrations, and company events.
• Support company-wide initiatives such as Sports Day, Annual Dinner, CSR activities, and culture-building programs.
• Prepare event communications, registration forms, attendance tracking, and post event reports.
• Coordinate logistics, venue arrangements, participant registration, and vendor communications.
• Assist in designing employee surveys and compiling survey results.
• Support internal communication campaigns and employee announcements.
Learning & Development
• Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops, webinars, and learning initiatives.
• Manage training registrations, attendance records, and training evaluations.
• Coordinate with training providers, participants, and internal stakeholders.
• Support HRDC claim documentation and training administration.
• Update and maintain training records, trackers, and learning databases.
• Assist in preparing training materials, certificates, and learning reports.
HR Administration
• Maintain organized filing and documentation for engagement and training activities.
• Assist with data entry, report preparation, and HR-related administrative tasks.
• Support employee onboarding activities and orientation sessions when required.
• Perform other HR-related duties and special projects assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Forms, or design tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
