We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Athens and support the growth of our digital presence across multiple brands.
This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and plays a key role in managing and optimising our digital presence across multiple brands.
This is a hands-on role for a professional who enjoys working across websites, digital content, SEO and online campaigns, ensuring consistency and high performance across all digital touchpoints.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage digital projects, optimise user experience and enhance overall digital performance, gaining exposure to a broad range of digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Digital Presence
- Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and continuous update of Group websites and landing pages
- Manage content updates across multiple websites (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Ensure consistency, accuracy and optimisation of website content
- Support SEO initiatives and website performance improvements
- Coordinate with developers and external partners for website updates and improvements.
Digital Campaigns & Content
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across online channels
- Create and manage content for websites, newsletters and digital platforms
- Ensure consistency of messaging and brand tone across all digital assets
- Identify opportunities to improve digital performance and user experience
Social Media Coordination
- Coordinate content updates and communication with external social media partners
- Support content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Monitor performance and contribute ideas to enhance engagement
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor digital performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights etc.)
- Analyse results and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Track KPIs across websites and digital campaigns
Collaboration & Project Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners (digital agencies, developers, content creators)
- Ensure alignment of messaging across different digital channels
- Coordinate multiple digital projects and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Experience managing website content (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Good understanding of SEO principles and digital optimization
- Experience coordinating digital campaigns and content updates
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Experience working with external partners or agencies
