Job Description:
 
The CMMS Technician is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of all maintenance activities. This person's responsibilities include all activities and system functions in the CMMS program, ensuring effective utilization following T5 and the customer's overall guidelines.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Provide technical support to all CMMS users, including planning all preventive maintenance activities (PM) performed by                suppliers or internally.
•    Act as the secondary point of contact and expert on CMMS-related issues.
•    Collaborate closely with the customer's Global CMMS Support team regarding CMMS's ongoing operation and development.
•    Collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement of CMMS tools.
•    Assist in communicating changes in CMMS processes, procedures, or system configurations to users to ensure compliance            with operational requirements.
•    Coordinate with site management to align PM and Non-PM plans.
•    Manage user access in CMMS.
•    Update and maintain CMMS to ensure compliance with the customer's CMMS standards.
 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

•    Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience, required
•    Experience with technical support and CMMS administration preferred.
•    Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and operation in a critical environment.
•    Knowledge of CMMS platforms (e.g., AssetEssentials, Maximo, SAP PM, etc.) and related software applications.
•    Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
•    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
•    Ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
•    Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•    Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
