Window Nation is seeking enthusiastic Event Sales Representatives to represent our brand at local festivals, community events, home shows, and retail locations throughout the Pittsburgh area. In this role, you'll engage with homeowners, generate qualified leads, and help connect customers with one of the nation's leading home improvement companies.

### What You'll Do
Represent Window Nation at local events, fairs, festivals, and home shows
Engage attendees through friendly, professional conversations
Identify homeowners who may benefit from our products and services
Schedule qualified in-home consultations for our sales team
Consistently achieve lead-generation goals and earn performance-based bonuses
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including transporting and handling marketing materials

### Schedule
10–30 hours per week
Evening and weekend availability required
Must be available to work at least two weekends per month

### Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to local events
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, brand ambassador, lead generation, or sales experience preferred
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours) with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to lift and move event materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
