Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Human Resources team to ensure efficient daily administrative and operational support.
Your mission will be to manage the day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes in order to guarantee data reliability, support internal HR stakeholders, and maintain an exceptional employee experience throughout their journey at Scaleway.

You will be part of a team of 4 people within a broader People department of 22 members. Your team focuses closely on core HR operations, tools, and direct support to HR Business Partners. One of your major upcoming challenges will be mastering our internal HR tools and driving the complete overhaul of our HR intranet.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
- Manage employee administrative files from onboarding to offboarding (contracts, amendments, certificates, HR letters)
- Maintain and update accurate employee data within our HRIS platform (Lucca)
- Track medical visits, trial periods, and contract milestones, proactively alerting HRBPs
- Handle daily employee requests regarding certificates, leave balances, payroll queries, healthcare, and meal vouchers
- Coordinate variables and liaise with the payroll provider to verify payslips and resolve anomalies
- Prepare for new arrivals by managing HR files, equipment orders, systems access, and integration schedules with IT and managers
- Welcome new hires on day one, presenting HR tools and processes while finalizing contractual documents
- Coordinate offboarding logistics, including access revocation, equipment recovery, and exit interviews
- Provide daily operational support to HRBPs and contribute to recurring HR campaigns (annual appraisals, salary reviews)
- Audit, correct, and completely overhaul all HR pages on our Confluence intranet in collaboration with the Communication Manager
ABOUT YOU
HARDSKILLS:
- Initial experience or educational background in HR administration
- Familiarity with HRIS tools (experience with Lucca or a similar platform is a plus)
- Understanding of basic HR paperwork protocols (contracts, amendments, and certificates)
- Ability to handle and organize high-volume administrative tasks
- Professional proficiency in English to match our international office environment
