Concord is a fast-growing fintech company specializing in loan servicing solutions. We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter (1099) to support our HR team on an initial 6-month engagement, with the potential to extend long-term based on business needs. In this high-impact role, you will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, driving high-volume hiring for Customer Service and Collections teams while also supporting operational and technical searches. You will partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to build and deliver talent pipelines that fuel Concord’s continued growth.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Customer Service Representative and Collections Representative openings, from requisition through offer acceptance
  • Source, screen, and pipeline candidates for operational roles including Account Manager and Support Analyst, as well as various technical positions across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop targeted recruiting strategies for each position.
  • Utilize an ATS and multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, community partnerships) to build robust candidate pipelines
  • Conduct thorough phone screens and coordinate interview processes; provide a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate records and requisition status in the ATS; provide regular updates and reporting to Contact Center and HR leadership
  • Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with compensation guidelines and market data
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and help position Concord as an employer of choice in the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale market.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a high-volume environment; prior experience in fintech, financial services, or loan servicing strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to leverage them to improve efficiency and streamline day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for Customer Service, Collections, or contact center roles at scale, as well as operational and technical positions
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools; experience with platforms such as Workable, Lever, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and integrate quickly into an existing team as a contractor
