Reporting to the Area Manager, Transportation, the WelbeHealth Transportation Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of the transportation department. Transportation Supervisor manages the transportation department staff, coordinates all the transportation services provided to the participants and potential enrollees and oversees vehicle safety. The Transportation Supervisor is a member of the WelbeHealth IDT management team and participates in the care planning process for participants and facilitates collaborative relationships across WelbeHealth teams and with external stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture, and mission.

On the day-to-day, you will:
- Manage the Transportation staff including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring
- Attend and participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings, market tactical meetings and clinic huddles
- Conduct driver ride-alongs to observe performance and provide coaching
- Provide regular 1:1 supervision, coaching, and mentorship to drivers and dispatchers
- Address performance and conduct issues, including disciplinary actions and PRT escalations, in accordance with policy
- Oversee vehicle safety and preventative maintenance, including PMI oversight, vendor compliance, and scheduling routine servicing/repairs; manage fleet documentation and maintain vehicle/market supply inventory and order requests
- Drive operational improvements (e.g., reducing same-day cancellations) and oversee the scheduling of transportation services while ensuring both maximum efficiency and high customer satisfaction
Job requirements include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency, professional experience may be substituted
- Participate in the DMV pull notice and random testing for alcohol and controlled substances programs, pass DOJ/FBI background check, and pass DOT physical exam
- Current Valid States Driver’s License
- Minimum of four years’ experience working in a public/private transportation settings
- Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in a supervisory role with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills in settings with seniors, their families, and interdisciplinary team members

Compensation Offering
$75,000 - $80,000 USD
