Job Title: Customer Support Manager – Latin American Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage customer support activities for Latin American markets.
- Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and feedback.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
