The role
We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Onboarding and Support team in a hybrid work setup. Our team is dedicated to delivering professional and efficient customer support related to payments and system configuration.
As our new Student Assistant, you will primarily be responsible for providing morning weekend support coverage. In addition, you can expect to work extra hours during the week, up to the maximum weekly hours defined in your contract.
- Answer client queries related to payments
- Assist with system configuration and provide technical information
- Ensure proper escalation of client queries to the relevant teams
- Support projects aimed at improving customer support
- You are available to work 15–20 hours per week on weekends, plus some hours during the week
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- You have a professional level of written and spoken English
- You are organized and detail-oriented
- You are proactive and able to work independently
- You are a team player with strong communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and other IT platforms is an advantage, but not a requirement
- You have an interest in technology
