LSH Auto is excited to offer the position of BYD Sales Assistant . This role involves working closely with customers to promote and sell the innovative range of BYD electric vehicles. As part of our sales team, you will be a key contributor to achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional buying experience. Join us to help drive forward sustainable transportation solutions.

Salary: £35,500 plus uncapped bonuses and company car.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in understanding BYD electric vehicle products and features.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
  • Manage customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and new BYD developments.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Enthusiastic about electric vehicles and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical details effectively to customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
  • Valid driving licence is essential.
