About Alta Ares
Alta Ares is a deeptech startup founded in 2024, building real-time AI for defense operations — ISR, C-UAS, and autonomous systems. Our clients are NATO-aligned militaries and defence institutions, with regular deployments during live exercises and operational demonstrations. We raised €2M seed in May 2025, 50M in June 2026, and are expanding fast.

Engineering & Technology Embedded software, avionics, computer vision, real-time AI/ML, robotics, high-speed interceptor systems, RF systems, systems engineering
Defense & Operations Former military officers and NCOs, defence programme managers, field operators, C-UAS or ISR specialists
Sales & Business Development Defence sales, NATO/EU/UK institutional BD, capture management, strategic partnerships
Product & Data Product managers with hardware/software experience, data scientists, MLOps engineers
Corporate Functions Finance, legal, HR, operations, communications — with a strong preference for profiles with defence or deeptech exposure
