We are looking for an ambitious Graduate Business Development Representative to join our commercial team and help accelerate our next stage of growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to build a strong foundation in B2B sales, learn how a SaaS business grows, and progress quickly within a high-performing commercial team.
Salary: £32,500 base salary + £10,000 OTE
What You’ll Do
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation.
- Manage and update customer information and activity in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop your sales skills and product knowledge.
- Attend industry events and webinars to build your network and gain industry insights.
- Qualify and assess the potential of inbound and outbound leads to support the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to coordinate campaigns and follow up on generated leads.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels to generate interest in Brego’s solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline within Salesforce system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
What You’ll Bring
- Recent graduate with a degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional phone manner.
- A genuine interest in technology, SaaS, or the automotive industry.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow.
- Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM software, email, and social media platforms.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate.
- Based in the UK with the right to work here.
Requirements
- Recent graduate degree in business, marketing, communication, or similar discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in technology, SaaS, or automotive sectors.
- Motivated, eager to learn, and well-organised.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
- Based in the UK with the right to work.
- Able to come into the Silverstone office twice per week.
