Pay Range: $90,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience

Position Overview
A modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Pleasant Valley is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its clinical team. This position involves helping patients improve strength, movement, balance, flexibility, and everyday function through evaluation, treatment planning, skilled therapy, and patient education.
The caseload includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, with patients ranging from younger active individuals to older adults working toward better mobility and independence.
Clinical Environment
You will work alongside a team of:
- 2 Physical Therapists
- 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
The clinic currently manages:
- 7–15 patients per day
- Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week
- Patients ages 11 to 90
- Documentation through WebPT
Schedule Options
Preferred Schedule: Four 10-Hour Days
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Alternative Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
- Identify patient goals, movement limitations, pain levels, and functional needs
- Build treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility work, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation
- Help patients safely progress through their treatment plans
- Educate patients on home care, body mechanics, and activity modification
- Track outcomes and revise treatment plans when clinically appropriate
- Document care, progress, and discharge planning in WebPT
- Communicate with PTAs and team members regarding patient care
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong patient communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team-based clinic setting
