What You'll Do
Work directly with the founder on all aspects of the company, from strategy and fundraising to operational execution
Take ownership of various initiatives to help run and scale the business efficiently
Work closely with the small, high-impact founding team to shape the company's growth
Implement state-of-the-art AI tooling across the entire business to create an AI-native company that's lean, fast, and infinitely scalable
Contribute to making the government wildly more effective by providing better technology solutions
What We're Looking For

Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities in an early-stage environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Based in or willing to relocate to NYC for in-office work

We sell technology to state and local governments, aiming to improve public services by replacing legacy, inefficient systems. The core problem we address is the disconnect between tax payments and perceived government inefficiency—often due to outdated technology.
We're building an AI-native company where every team member is empowered to use AI tools like Claude to automate their work. Our team has a hub in Flatiron, NYC, and we support remote roles where it fits the role.
