Posted about 6 hours ago
Gradial helps marketers and creatives move from idea to execution faster. Our platform turns intent into action, automating website updates, design system migrations, and ongoing content optimization while preserving brand integrity across every touchpoint.
Backed by leading investors, we’re building software that adapts to the user, not the other way around. We move with urgency, operate with ownership, and solve hard problems from first principles. If you want to do ambitious work, take real responsibility, and help define the future of AI-native content operations, you’ll do your best work here.
The Role
We’re looking for a Product Builder to help define and build the next generation of AI-native products. This is not a traditional product management role. We’re looking for someone who loves turning ideas into working products, validating them with customers, and rapidly iterating based on what they learn.
You’ll own the full journey from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions to launching products and driving continuous improvement. You don’t wait for perfect requirements. You prototype, test with real users, learn quickly, and iterate until the product creates measurable value. You’ll work across product, engineering, design, AI, customers, and go-to-market teams to bring new capabilities to market and help define entirely new categories of software.
What You’ll Own
- Build and launch AI-native products that solve meaningful customer problems.
- Lead product development from problem definition through launch and ongoing iteration.
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows, validate assumptions, and uncover new opportunities.
- Prototype concepts using modern AI tools, coding assistants, and lightweight technical workflows to accelerate learning and execution.
- Make thoughtful scope and prioritization decisions that maximize customer value and speed to market.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to translate prototypes into scalable products.
- Drive product strategy through customer insights, experimentation, and business impact.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, design, GTM, and leadership to bring new ideas to life.
- Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and continuously improve products after launch.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to create differentiated customer experiences.
- Help shape entirely new categories of software by identifying emerging customer needs and turning them into products customers love.
What We Need
- 5+ years of experience building and launching software products in product management, product leadership, product engineering, founder, operator, or similar builder-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of modern AI systems, large language models, agent architectures, and how AI-powered products are developed, deployed, and improved over time.
- Demonstrated ability to take products from concept through launch, measure impact, and continuously improve products based on customer adoption and business outcomes.
- A strong builder mentality with a track record of rapidly turning ideas into working products, validating them with customers, and iterating based on real-world feedback.
- Experience working in highly ambiguous environments where priorities evolve quickly and not every answer is known upfront.
- Ability to prototype ideas independently using AI-powered development tools, coding assistants, low-code platforms, or lightweight technical workflows.
- Strong product judgment with a track record of making effective tradeoffs around scope, timing, and customer value.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Strong analytical thinking and a bias toward learning through experimentation and customer feedback.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfort operating as an individual contributor while providing leadership across cross-functional teams.
- Excitement about helping define entirely new categories of AI-native software.
Nice to Have
- Experience building products powered by AI, automation, agents, or machine learning technologies.
- Experience working in high-growth startups or early-stage product environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, workflow automation, marketing technology, governance platforms, or operational systems.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $220,000. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards.
Gradial offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental & vision insurance, 401K retirement plan, paid time off, paid sick leave and other employee wellness programs.

- Fast-paced environment with autonomy and ownership
- Real impact, zero bureaucracy
- A front-row seat to building category-defining AI infrastructure
AI Literacy & Interviewing Tools
As an AI-first company, we prioritize AI literacy as a core competency in our hiring decisions. We’re excited by candidates who thoughtfully apply AI tools in their work, but during interviews we’re focused on you. This is your opportunity to show how you think, communicate, and solve problems. Over-reliance on AI-generated responses during the interview process (especially when it obscures your own voice) will result in disqualification. We want to understand your unique perspective and how you approach challenges, both with and without AI.
Privacy Policy
By submitting your application to Gradial, you acknowledge that any personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes the collection, use, and storage of your information for the purposes of evaluating your qualifications and communicating with you about your candidacy. We handle applicant data with care and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
