Videographer & Content Creator

ERG Media is looking for a full-time Videographer & Content Creator to join our Milan office.

This role is focused on creating original short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, paid social advertising, and organic social media to support the promotion and sale of ERG Media books, collaborations, editorial projects, and products.

We are looking for someone with a strong visual point of view who understands how to create culturally relevant content that feels elevated, cinematic, and native to modern social platforms.

You will work closely with the creative, editorial, and marketing teams to develop content around book launches, campaigns, events, behind-the-scenes moments, travel, retail concepts, and the broader ERG Media universe.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit original short-form video content for Instagram , and digital campaigns
• Create both paid advertising creatives and organic social media content
• Develop visual storytelling around ERG Media books, launches, collaborations, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Produce product-focused content for book launches and eCommerce
• Capture studio life, production processes, interviews, events, and travel moments
• Edit videos optimized for social platform performance while maintaining ERG Media’s visual identity
• Collaborate with the creative and editorial teams on concepts and campaigns
• Source music, references, motion graphics, and typography treatments when appropriate
• Assist with content planning and creative direction

Requirements

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Based in Milan or willing to relocate
• Strong portfolio of video work and social-first content
• Strong shooting and editing abilities
• Advanced knowledge of Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and contemporary social media culture
• Excellent taste level and visual sensitivity
• Strong understanding of pacing, lighting, framing, and sound design
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high production quality
• Comfortable shooting both polished campaign work and spontaneous documentary-style content

Bonus Points

• Photography experience
• Motion graphics / After Effects skills
• Interest in books, magazines, fashion, architecture, music, watches, automotive culture, and design
• Experience working with luxury or editorial brands
• Familiarity with Meta advertising creative best practices
• Italian language skills
