ERG Media is a global luxury publishing house operating across Milan, Amsterdam, and Tokyo. We produce high-end monographs for brands like Grand Seiko, Acqua di Parma, and Porsche, alongside operating our flagship property: Type 7, the daily magazine for those driven by art, architecture, and automotive culture.
We are looking for a Content Editor to take ownership of Type 7's editorial workflow. Reporting directly to our Head of Operations (Arthur) and working closely with our core creative team, you will be the editorial executor. Your primary responsibility is managing our centralized content "hopper"—commissioning features from our global network of contributors, editing copy, and preparing pieces for publication. A typical day involves refining automotive and architectural features in Google Docs, pulling high-res assets from our vast Dropbox archives, providing critical feedback to writers, and ensuring our publishing pipeline never runs dry.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in editorial publishing, ideally within the luxury, automotive, design, or architecture spaces.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills. Our style is direct, intelligent, and culturally literate. You abhor filler text and AI tropes; you value precision, context, and nuance.
- A deep, intuitive understanding of the Type 7 aesthetic and the broader Porsche culture.
- The ability to manage multiple overlapping deadlines and work seamlessly with our operational leadership in a fast-paced Slack/Asana/ClickUp environment.
- Experience with modern editorial workflows, including CMS platforms, and a willingness to integrate our "Lean Multi-Tool" AI workflows (Claude/Gemini) responsibly to maximize efficiency without compromising our voice.
