Lead the review and implementation of architectural designs, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with civil, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure design integration and resolve technical conflicts.
Monitor on-site architectural works to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to design intent.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements.
Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design integrity and project objectives.
Provide technical guidance to the architectural team and support performance and quality improvements.
Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of design-related issues.

Requirements

Years of Experience in the Relevant Field: 8–12
Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Discipline: Architecture or a related field.
Professional Certification: Professional Architect License (Saudi Council of Engineers), LEED Certification, or equivalent architectural certifications.
